What's a trip to Paris without a stop in Pigalle? They check your camera on the way out of town and don't let you leave unless you have a shot of the Moulin Rouge.

Every hour between 10pm and 3am for about 10 minutes, they sparkle the Eiffel Tower. Hundreds of flashbulbs fire at random. The effect is compelling.
