We went to see the Notre Dame Cathedral and ran into a few of our own Rio Americans and their host students. Alec shoots Charlotte and ??? while Christine looks on.

Every hour between 10pm and 3am for about 10 minutes, they sparkle the Eiffel Tower. Hundreds of flashbulbs fire at random. The effect is compelling.
